I had such an amazing experience at Night Owl Cookies! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming and the staff made me feel right at home. Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Of course, the cookies were the highlight. they were absolutely incredible! They were warm, soft, perfectly baked, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can really tell that they put care into making each cookie. Whether you’re a fan of classic flavors or want to try something new, there’s something for everyone, and it’s honestly hard to choose because everything looks so good.

So funny as we have a Night Owl Cookies in Pembroke Pines close to where we live, but have never been. We were in Wynwood for a grown ups date night for dinner and showing off Wynwood. Needed something sweet after dinner, walked around and decided between ice cream, donuts or cookies! Our crew decided on cookies. Saw Insomnia Cookies first and then saw another big cookie sign a few doors down across the street and it was Night Owl Cookies. We opted for Night Owl Cookies. It was around 9:45pm when we walked in. The place was empty when we arrived but more people eventually rolled in after us. It's crazy because I noticed their store hours and they are open until 2am!!! Must be the late night crowd who wants something sweet after drinking and partying so hard. Jerrell was our cookie dealer and he was very friendly and helpful. Explained all the different cookie options and let us know which were the popular ones! Everything we ordered: * Brookie * S'mores * Red Velvet * Ave Maria (guava) * Oreo Brownie Cheesecake * Cup of milk I knew from the start all I wanted was the Brookie, it's the perfect combo of a cookie and brownie. Ordered via Uber on 2/8/26 at 12:12a.m. When I greeted the driver, I noticed he had a small box, and he confirmed that was all he received at pick-up. My name is not on the box, so if it was an error from the store :/ that's just crazy. My original order was 2 OG sticky and 6 cookies. The box I received had 2 different stickies, 1 cookie, and not even a cookie I originally ordered :( that's it, nothing else. Not sure if this is someone else's order, or the store just packed a surprise box of their own, but the presentation is horrible. I'm totally aware it's late but their store was available pero if that's all you have.. just close for the night. I was really excited to order for the first time. All I hear from my kids is Crumbl and Crumbl, I really wanted to surprise their taste buds, but it wasn't meant to be. I guess we'll check out Crumbl on Monday 🤣 Oh! The icing brûlée looked curdled. Maybe it's been sitting all day and it separated. The bun looked wet under the icing and the icing was mush ready to slide off. It definitely tasted tart and the tart smell was more than enough to toss the entire box in the trash.
